The Ares Pistols combine all the innovation of an Atlas Gunworks Handgun with a lightweight, aluminum frame. This marriage of parts and innovation makes them ideal for civilian or duty carry.  The Ares ships with 2 DLC mags.

This particular model comes with a 4.25-inch slide and DLC Black.  The Ares is a perfect carry option as it features a commander-sized grip in which 120mm magazines sit flush.  The Ares is the same size as the NYX pistol and these slightly shorter frames print less when concealed.   The frame is made from aluminum to save weight in this solid and robust platform.  Without the flared magwell concealed carry pistol keeps its profile down.   Custom ports have been added to the slide to help mitigate recoil.  The Ares features the same flat-faced, adjustable trigger and includes a set screw to fine-tune the amount of reset. One can easily eliminate excess overtravel.  To adjust, all one has to do is access the pre-drilled hole in the front of the trigger.

Slide serrations give plenty of friction for racking the glassy-smooth slide and the grip panels are equally amazing. The texturing is perfect, and the overall circumference gives one plenty to hold onto.  Standard is a skeletonized hammer, a red fiber-optic front sight, a serrated anti-glare blacked-out rear sight and an optic cut.
